Thankful Thursday

I am thankful and it is with great joy that I can introduce my blogging friends to my sister, Dixie. She has joined the blogosphere! I'm not sure what spurred this connection; it may have been the non-stop talking about my blogging friends, or maybe it is her way of responding to this post, or maybe she just finally realized, this blogging thing is a worthwhile adventure! Please take a moment and visit her blog, appropriately entitled, Tattle Tales.

I am thankful for Barbara at Mommy Life; for at her blog I always find inspiration, humor, thought provoking life advise, and today, a worthwhile request. Blogging friends, this is your opportunity to share how blogging has changed your life!

I am thankful for the Spring trip we are taking to Fort Lauderdale. Hubby, 15 year old son, his best friend and I will be flying tomorrow morning and returning next Wednesday.

I am thankful that Spring has sprung! It takes a little longer for the evidence of Spring to unearth in Minnesota, but I know it's on its way!

I am thankful to Janice and Susan for the fun time had by all during the Ultimate Blogging Party! The level of fun was only superceded by the amount of work this must have entailed...thank you Susan and Janice.

I am thankful to Kristen, who keeps this out-of-touch Momma informed about American Idol!

I am thankful to Terri Foster for her willingness to write for Faith Lifts-Parenting. Stop over and read her beautiful post, "Ordinary Day-Extraordinary Blessings."

I am thankful that God always uses our lives, warts and all, for His Glory and purpose. Take a look at 2 Corinthians 4: 7-12. Then think on this today...."His life is in work in you!" What a treasure indeed!

And, I am thankful for your visit here today. I'll be visiting you soon! Have a great day.
